Originally from New Jersey, Debra trained at Princeton Dance and Theater Studio under the direction of Susan Jaffe and Risa Kaplowitz. She continued her dance training at SUNY Purchase’s Conservatory of Dance and graduated magna cum laude with a BFA in Dance in 2012. While at Purchase, she performed works by Stephen Petronio, George Balanchine, and Susan Jaffe. She is currently dancing for multiple companies in New York City including XAOC Contemporary Ballet. She has been with Mook since 2015
Julia Horner, from Cleveland, OH, attended high school at the Cleveland School of the Arts, while dancing with the Urban Dance Collective as well as the Beck Center Dance Workshop. She is now pursuing a college degree in dance with a secondary major in Women’s Studies through the Fordham University/Ailey School BFA Program. She has performed works by Kelly Brunk, Terence Greene, Melanie Szucs, Hope Boykin, Sasha Soreff and various seniors at Fordham/Ailey, and began dancing with Mook in 2014.
Originally from Edmonton, Canada, Parker Grant graduated high school from Vimy Ridge Academy’s dance program in 2015. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City to further her studies, and is currently training at the Peridance Capezio Center in their international program. Since moving to NYC, she has had the pleasure of working with Move DiPR and Kelley Donovan and Dancers. She is currently performing with Doubletake Dance and Wandering Movers, and is also thrilled to be working with Mook!
Jackie McCreavy, from Philadelphia, PA., graduated from DeSales University with a B.A. in dance and a minor in business administration. She has continued to freelance in the Philadelphia and NYC areas, and has choreographed and performed in multiple showcases and festivals in Philadelphia, NYC, and San Francisco. She has performed works by Antony Tudor, Trinette Singleton, Keelan Whitmore, Jessica Chen, and Julia Mayo and teaches at the Grace Kelly Studio in Brielle, NJ. She joined Mook in 2017
Brooke Naylor grew up in Jupiter, Florida where she attended A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts. After graduating high school in 2011, she moved to New York City to attend the Ailey/Fordham B.F.A. program where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in May, 2015. From 2014-2015, Brooke apprenticed with Parsons Dance. She then went on to be a company member with Steps Repertory Ensemble. Brooke is currently a member of Cirio Collective, Nimbus Dance Works-Nimbus 2, and joined Mook in 2015.
Natalie Pearson, from Carol Stream, IL, began her dance training at Dance Motions and later danced with Extensions Dance Company in Chicago. Natalie graduated from the Ailey/Fordham BFA program in 2014 with a BFA in dance and minor in psychology where she performed works by Adam Barruch, Jennifer Archibald, Darrell Grand Moultrie, Hope Boykin, Carolyn Dorfman, Kirven Douthit-Boyd and Ron K. Brown. She has performed with The Albano Ballet and has been with Mook since 2015.
Sarah Danelle Roberts, born and raised in Tallahassee, florida, began her dance training at the Sharon Davis School of Dance. Roberts performed with The Tallahassee Ballet from age nine until 2012. Roberts graduated from The Alvin Ailey Dance School's Certificate program in 2015. She has performed numerous works by choreographers including Matthew Rushing, Ray Merced, Amy Halland Pedro Ruiz. Roberts was a featured dance in Deep Love Opera, a Broadway show in the 2015 New York Musical Festival.
Jessica Son, originally from Laurel, MD, began her formal dance training at Ballet Royale Institute of Maryland. She continued her studies in the Ailey/Fordham B.F.A. Program, where she graduated summa cum laude with a double major in dance and psychology in May 2017. Ms. Son has performed works by Jamar Roberts, Stefanie Batten Bland, Christopher Huggins, and Jae Man Joo. She joined Mook in 2017.
